Unhappy Client

I am really disappointed with KingPrice insurance. I didn’t realize I would receive such awful treatment after being a loyal client for years and Paid my premiums Monthly without fail.

I am really angry and disappointed, you failed to help. The person who assisted me at the claims division, slept on the job. Now I’m stuck and without a vehicle - now I won’t be able to attend my grandmothers funeral, and thank you!

This is totally unacceptable!!

I’m really unhappy and it’s unfortunate that you’ve lost a loyal client.

I don’t recommend anymore to open an insurance with you because you don’t put client first.

I’ll be changing my insurance going forward.
