Unhappy client

Hello, I need assistance with regards to my car. My husband was involved in a car accident while driving my car. King Price is aware that my husband is a second driver of my car. Ethan from King Price is handling my claim & told me that the car is going to written off due to the repair cost is almost the same price as the value of the car. So they agreed upon giving me the car back & the retail value of the car so I can settle the bank. Yesterday (06/04/2018). Ethan gave me call telling that they had a chat with ABSA bank & they decided upon giving me the money ONLY. First of all the bank cannot discuss my business with my insurance. I gave ABSA bank a call to confirm if they had a discussion with King Price & they said they can never discuss such with my insurance because I'm their client not the insurance. I can see someone is not telling the truth. Please assist me to get to the bottom of what is happening here. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
