Unhappy Client

I requested for my Insurance in November 2023 to be cancelled as I have found a better offer from another Insurance and told them they dont need to deduct in future, I still get debited even though I requested for the cancellation.

I made contact again this month enquiring about these debit orders and I was told it is cancelled. Today I get another debit order, I dont know what I have to do for this to stop as I disputed on my bank but they still deduct
