Unhappy Claim
I am not happy in the way that King Price handles claims. My vehicle was written off after an accident on 15July 2022, firstly my vehicle was insured for the trade value, the offered much less, after my complaint they eventually offered the trade value, because of the delay, the settlement figure from the Finance Institution went up, today 5th September 2022 I was informed that the vehicle's licence expired on 31 August 2022 and that I need to renew this before the claim can proceed
This is a very disturbing situation

Unfortunately we do require a valid license disk in order to process this type of claim, claims will be in contact to discuss your concerns and the way forward.
