Pathetic, unresolved issues. From one policy holder to the next cannot be done seamlessly. Premiums sky rocket but cannot give a legitimate reason why. Premiums supposed to be decreasing but they actually increase more than necessary. Not happy

29 Jan 2024, 12:46No problem with inflation etc. Problem is I am being victimized for an accident in 2021 that was not my fault. When policy is changed to my husband we save R500 a month!! Why are we paying insurance then. 1 claim and never any other major claims in 10 years and this is how your clients get treated. It's not only unprofessional but also prejudicial.
