Unfulfilled Service.

I am unhappy with the service that was not done by a Kingprice broker . I switched the cover from chilli to a comprehensive one , but to my surprise no change was done as I did make a request telepathically plus writing to the broker named Kayla. I do now whether the broker expected me to call Kingprice when I am paying and expected such service by the middle man was done 3 weeks ago. Very disappointed and unhappy for the service unfulfilled. When they ask you to take such service there are promises pertaining to your co-payments but when a job must be done ? Nothing is adhered to as part of a contract. In other words middle man is there for nothing?
