Unfounded allegations by the claim assessor

I have an ongoing car claim with king price, I was scheduled to meet with the claim assessor today(17/07/2019) at SMD Boksburg, which I did. I am utterly disappointed in the manner that the claim assessor (John Short) handled the interview. He insinuated that damages to the vehicle were as a result of hitting a human being, of which to my understanding that constitute a ******** case. I have explained under record that I lost control of the vehicle and hit a concrete barrier. I even showed him concrete residues from the damages he was saying they are not consistent with my explanation. I reported the matter to his superior Monique Oosthuizen, stating my doubts on the objectivity of the above-mentioned claim assessor. Fortunately the conversation was recorded and the recordings must be listen to if there any doubts of my statement. The gentleman seemed to have predetermined outcome of the matter. He was patronizing and intimidating especially when challenged on his theories of the incident.
