Unfairly treated by Kingprice insurance
I was unfairly treated at King Price insurance, I was claiming as a 3rd part. I sent all the documents along with the videos and pictures. It’s been fully two months calling them every two days, doing the follow-ups and how far are they with my claim. I even send a road accident report from JMPD, they did approve claim from their client without checking both our statement they left me behind and decline my claim. The person who was handling my claim was Dennis from legal department, when I ask or dispute why my claim has been declined the reason from Dennis was that their Client told them I caused the incident no need to check incident report because JMPD was not current when accident happened so as the results the claim was declined.In a simplest term King Price Insurance favoured their client and I was unfairly treated.
