Unfair treatment from king price insurance.

I would like to put a complain about King Price insurance.. On 25th of February 2021..i have joined the King Price insurance... With a cover called chilli cover.. Then they have deducted their premium on that first day of joining them... Then on the 21st of March 2021..unfortunately i had an accident..King price came to tow the vehicle.. Then they started to do all their investigations they needed to do.. And confirm that my car is written off. .So After a full month and 3 days.. They called me to tell me that they are not going to pay the outstanding balance that i owe to the bank.. Due to that.. I was driving 171KM/h and also using a spare wheel.. And the reason for the accident is that i came across the ***s.. Then while avoiding to hit those ***s..i lost control of the vehicle...i requested a curtacy car.. They said i didn't add it on my policy.. Then they called after almost 4 weeks to tell me that they heard from the voice recording the time I was joining that i have added a curtacy car.. On the 23rd of April.. I went to collect the curtacy car.. Then i'll have to take it back after 30 days.. Bt after 2 days they called demanding me to bring back the curtacy car since the policy is canceled.. Which is unfair to me cz they gave it to me very late.. And i payed for it ... And the other thing is that.. there is no sentence on my policy that says i won't be covered if i can make an accident while using a spare wheel... And i think the main reason for them not to pay me is that. They didn't gain a lot frm me.. Since i have been with them within less than 2 months . And i am still owing the bank a lot of money.. So they don't want to loose.. What king Price did to me it's very not fair.. I will never ever recommend someone to join it... If you join it.. You will regret a lot when they are supposed to help you..especially if you can be involved in an accident few months after joining them...
