Unfair treatment and failure to follow due process

I requested a cancelation of the policy and they take me from pillar to post. This was after I insured my car radio and when I have to claim, they tell me about the electrical problem without even doing the diagnostic on the car. The assessor just took pictures and said they will communicate with the insurer, then do diagnostics after. Surprisingly they had the findings, prior to diagnosis. Now i took the iniative to cancel the insurance and the take me from one consultant to tje other.

Dear King Price, cancel my policy please or I will have no choice but to stop the debit order.
