Unfair Rejection of Claim

So here's my story. I had borrowed my car to a friend who has a valid drivers license. Him and his friends then got into an accident because a shootout started in the area they were driving, my friend then obviously ducked because of the gunshots and drove into a pole then a wall. The car is now written off. The King Price assessor who handled the claim did not take into consideration our version of what happened, she did not do any really investigating besides by talking to one police officer in the area who led her to believe my friends were somehow involved in the shooting. There is no evidence that this is the case, she also did not speak to any witnesses of the incident. She then rejected the claim based on the incident "********/******* activity". The assessor also made use of a lot of scare tactics to try and get us to withdraw the claim.

King Price's assessors really do not make an effort to investigate the facts of an incident and unfairly reject claims based on hear-say.
