Unfair Premium increase please cancel my policy.
I am so disappointed in Kingprice for increasing my premium and it has not even been a year that my car is insured with them. What kind of service is this. I have been trying to call and find out if they can review the decision but the relevant people are unable and I keep getting promises to call back. Kindly please cancel my policy, it was nice being with you the past 3 year but I can’t imagine if I ever needed to claim and this was the kind of response I got.

07 Jul 2021, 10:41Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore!
These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.
