Unfair increase of Premiums
My premiums were increased by more than 60% , access amount was not even adjusted. Mind you I have never claimed since I joined. So I should be considered a low risk.. Bu no the thank you I get is almost double the premiums. When I called I guess they were happy to make me cancel the policy.

10 Apr 2026, 13:55Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore!
