Unfair customer Service Treatment from Kings Price

I am writing this review a very sad customer, King Price take forever to handle in handling my claim, they are repeatedly asking me the same questions from time to time and there is no progress made on the claim whatsoever from the administrator by the name of Basetsana Segage whom i believe is very inexperience in what she does.

Just almost three days ago , i was told that i am the one who should rather provide them with the accident report though i have made it very clear in the beginning when i gave her the Accident Report number that the police officers said they will only issue it to them upon their request.

I am really very disappointed and frustrated by this time delaying tactics from the company and their administrator .

One would have gotten a royal treatment from this company as is out to be known for but i instead i am getting the opposite of that.
