Unexpected premium hikes

Firstly, Amori Lemley was very friendly and helpful, she was able to revise and reduce my monthly premium and gave me exceptional(5star) service(Which is the main reason that I will remain with King Price as insurer).

Now on to my experience with King Price in general: It was incredibly difficult to get through to someone who was able to assist me as the call center was experiencing 'high call volumes' for two days, and the call-back promise never realized. I do have to say that everyone I spoke to was friendly and easy to work with, although unable to assist. The reason I had to contact them in the first place due to them having increased my monthly premium by almost 20% without me ever having lodged a claim in the 3 years I have been there(Nothing on the actual policy changed)(1star).

So in summary the client service is helpful and friendly once you receive it(Thanks again Amori Lemley) - and it is clearly imperative to contact King Price annually to ensure that your premiums remain market related.
