Unexpected increase in debit order :(
Today I was extremely disappointed with my car insurance debit order, I was charged double the agreed amount because my monthly millage was not submitted... What I fail to understand is when taking my car insurance the agent did not mention that if I do not submit my monthly millage I will be debited the maximum amount. I was only told for a further discount I will need to submit my monthly millage.

With the Chilli policy you are charged based on your monthly kilometer's traveled so it is imperative that you submit your kilometer readings monthly to enjoy the benefits of this product.
