I was comparing different insurance quotes and decided to take King Price. While busy with this process my current insurance company reduced my premiums and there was no need for me to change anymore. I called King Price End April/ early May and requested cancellation as there was no need for me to move anymore. I made a mistake and did not take down the details of the guy i spoke to. I cancelled my insurance and he confirmed they will not deduct in June due to the cancellation. Today i get an sms that it deducted about 1500 from my account.<br> <br> I called, spoke to a lady who just transferred me to the cancellation department. I spoke to Teboho Ma***o this morning who was very helpful and offered to give lower insurance. I requested cancellation and was told it will take 7-10 days for me to get my refund. Also required, is my bank statement for the refund. When this insurance deducted my money they did not request my bank statement. Now that i need my money im required to submit my bank statement? this is just B.S. i want my money and i want it today. Someone must just make it happen im ****ed.
