undesirable practice

Good day

I took up insurance with king price on my brand new Audi 2014 model. Unfortunately I got hijacked. called king price to advise what had happened I was informed the will look into my query and get back to me. after a couple of days I was informed my claim cant be paid out. I was devastated to hear the news, I asked why my claim couldn't be paid the advised me I refused to put in a tracker in the car.

So I asked for the recording of the call, and I took my time to listen to the call, on the call the advisor told me she will put in a tracker for me in the car and I would pay something like R59 a month for the tracker, but she didn't tell me what I had to do if the tracker company doesn't contact me.
She didn't even say what are the implications if I don't put in a tracker.

My car was less than two weeks old when it got hijacked.

King price **** to my face saying I refused to put in tracker in the call, I listened to it, the tracker was offered and the price and I opt for the R59.00 package.
King price take people for granted specially first time buyers of cars.
My claim wasn't handled in a correct way, and king price **** and refused to pay my claim.
