Understanding and super helpful service!

Had a little issue with me being out of the city for a while and was therefore unable to submit my mileage at the end of the month. I had already decided the maximum premium for that month was acceptable for me, however, once I submitted the next month's mileage, the system had once again charged me the maximum premium due to the difference of a month's miles. But once I managed to get a call back from King Price, Anzel Du Plessis was absolutely friendly and very helpful, and we managed to get the premium down to a more realistic mid-way mileage charge for the month, and I'm told the difference will be deducted from next months premium. Thank you for your logical and level-headed understanding of the situation Anzel. Your help is very much appreciated.
