<p>The entire process of submitting a claim and King Price making a decision on whether to repair/write-off required about 40 minutes on the phone, no paperwork at all, and was completed in under 30 hours from start to finish. The consultant Basie Piek delivered fantastic, knowledgeable service and replies to emails in minutes. I can't rate the service highly enough and I will certainly be continuing my insurance with King Price on all future vehicles. Thanks Basie, this has been a breeze.</p>
