Unbelievable service when I cancelled by policy

<p>Gareth vd Westhuizen assisted me with cancelling my policy. Best telephonic conversation by far with a contact centre agent. He was funny (even though we were dealing with serious business), he was fast and efficient (all the while explaining what was happening so that I never felt out of the loop) - if you have an Agent of the Year award, give it Gareth vd Westhuizen. The entire transaction done and dusted in under 5 minutes. What a legend! </p>
