Unbecoming business conduct and empty promises. No support for clients

I took this insurance in 2018 but what they are doing to my wife is not acceptable. This is ****. No support for their customers after accidents and find all tricks to avoid responsibility. I am going to cancel this ****y insurance. Their agents dont return calls and try to bully clients. Ne careful of cheap premiums. I wonder if they subscribe to any code of ethics.
