Unauthorized Insurance App on my ITC Report

I am using King Price as my insurance and I am happy with it (for now). But be warned that there is "Insurance App" something they do on behalf of the clients and this thing will appear as an "Enquiries" on your ITC report and it affects your credit score. I was not contacted this year by yet I have enquiry done on my behalf on the 1st Feb 2023. Now I have to dispute this on ITC. STOP TAMPERING WITH MY ITC REPORT!
