You deserve no rating How do you increase my monthly premium without communicating with me and what is the this new risk that o am paying for ???

I am canceling this stupid insurance after my claim is paid

A gentleman by the name of Tim called me regarding my matter and was so professional, he was willing to listen and he actually came up with a better solution....unlike the Richard from Retention who showed no interest in retaining me as a client. He told me straight to go to the Ombudsman, pathetic.
