Unauthorized debit

<p>my debit order on the 25th jan was returned unpaid.. however i did not request you to debit my account again on the 1st Feb, i have never authorised that. now the debit order returned unpaid because i do not have funds in that account and the bank has charged me R115 for an unpaid debit order. I am not going to pay for this, you will have to refund it back because there is no arrangment in place for you to debit my account anytime you feel like it. someone call asap and sort this out. </p>
