Unauthorized Cold calling

I was called by a Callcentre agent named Joshua, on 2023-04-14 at 08:55, He was not professional, he has damaged your brand

Please :- -remove me from you Database, -have your compliance team call me to advise where my details were attained from. -I need assurance that you train Joshua to handle objection and not just be arrogant by putting the phone down in my ear when asked questions.
