Unauthorized billing attempt
After giving 30 days notice (not required) and receiving confirmation of cancellation, I was still prompted to authorize a debit order beyond the termination date. This constitutes an unauthorized debit request and reflects poor internal process management. The matter has been declined, but it raises concerns about billing controls and customer handling. Santam gave me a better price with much better excess structure.
