Unauthorized account debit

I recently contacted various insurance company's for a vehicle that I intended on getting today. I have decided to go for King price, but unfortunately I did not get the car today n will be getting a different 1 next week. KingPrice has already debited my account for a vehicle that I don't even have, I did not consent to this deduction and demand to be paid back! U haven't even given me any documents to indicate that I am insured so how do justify deducting money from my account for a car that u don't even know exists?
