Unauthorizd debit orders with no policy authority

I called King Price requesting a quote in August, after dropping my call a policy was sent to me, i called the person who sent me the policy asking him why did he sent me the policy while i was only enquring for a quote, i explained to him very well that i do not have a car, i instructed him to cancel the policy as i never asked for it, he then transferred me to the other division which deals with cancellation, i told them my story and they agreed to cancel the policy as i never authorized it, they promised to send me back the cancellation confirmation, they never did i had to send a follow-up e-mail asking for a cancellation confirmation which i never got a respond of.<br> <br> All i am asking for its my money back a total of R2020 that's a sum of a total of 3 debits debited in one day, i never authorized any debits orders as i did not enter into a contract with you.
