unauthorised removal of parts

Late last year was involved in a car accident and my car was taken to a pannelbeater 320km away. As if that was not enough it took about 3months to fix. When I went to pickup the vehicle I discovered that the aircon compressor was ****** from the car. I contacted the insurance to do a follow up. When I got home I realised that the bright lights weren't working and there is a noise coming from the front but I thought it was due to the missing compressor. Up until now the only matter resolved is the compressor and the other not yet. I was sent an email of quoted parts to be replaced but my clearly visible damaged bumper was not changed. I asked the pannelbeater and I was told the assessor refused sighting it is okay the way it is.
