Unauthorised Premium - No assistance
We changed our address yesterday and the claim recalculated to R410 pm!
The agent then told me telephonically that the Premium would be over R1000 + after REMOVING specified items.
She said it recalculated wrongly and would send it to the calculations department and call back!
I did not agree to this premium and no one is assisting in this matter.
