Unauthorised deduction

On 16 March my husband LH Beneke obtained a quote for installment on another vehicle I was thinking of adding to my policy. On 18 March R599,91 was deducted as pro rata. The vehicle was not purchased it was merely a comparison. I contacted king price and they are charging me one day insurance for the vehicle. Hellooo I don't have the vehicle, I am still doing my "homework" on affordability. So u stand a chance to loose a client who have been with you for 13 years. Its the principle not the amount.
