Unauthorised Debit Order
A King Price Insurance debit order has been going off my account every month. When I called, I was told that I had taken a vehicle insurance, something that I know nothing about. I asked for the vehicle details, and I was told that such details would not be divulged to me. I directed that the insurance be cancelled. I was told that I need to get an affidavit from the police station and send it to King Price Insurance so that an internal investigation could begin. I emailed the affidavit mid November but I have never heard anything since then and the debit order went off on the 1st December. Can you kindly take accountability and cancel this unauthorised debit order and refund me. My name is Mzwandile and my number is ***.
