unauthorised debit order

I took insurance for my car after few days I realised that it was not what I was looking for, I phoned their contact centre ask them to cancel the policy as I was going to continue with mutual and federal, they are still debiting my account try several times to put stop payment they keep on changing the amounts I don't want they must stop stilling my money I don't want their insurance it is really frustrating
