unauthorised debit order

In March this year I called. king Price insurance company asking them what it would cost to insure a car I was planning to buy. They told me that they need my banking details in order to help me. I gave them my banking details but told them that I have app**** for finance and waiting for the bank's response. My application was declined and I informed them but the went ahead and debited 1500 from my account at the end of April. The bank penalised me for the debit order as I did not have sufficient funds. I paid R115.

When they realised that the debit order did not go through, they called me and I told them again that I was declined and won't be buying a car anytime soon. They debited again at the end of May and again funds were not sufficient and I was charged R115 for that.

I called them again to tell them that I do not have a car and demanded to be reimbursed the R115 X 2 that I has to pay for the debit. orders that were not honoured. They promised to call me back but they never did.

May Hello Peter help me and tell King Price to stop debiting for the car I don't have and reimburse me with the amount of R230 that I had to pay because of them. My ID. number is 620 ********** .

Thank you

Nosipho D Papu Dikgale
