Unauthorised debit order
<p>I'm fuming with anger not understanding why king price debited money from my account. I struggled using money to call them and cancel on the day i took a policy with them. I was informed my policy has been cancelled. Now when i check my phone king price debited from my account today. I want my money back and dont want to hear about any refund process. I want it in full and they must include the bank charges. Im very dissapointed by them honestly. </p> <p>I'm waiting feedback ASAP. Worse it even more than what was discussed. </p>

I did get my refund but it was not correct. I was debited 1788.88 and you guys refunded me 1666. I want my full redund. I called on Friday and was informed this will be sorted out. Till today i have not received any feedback.
