Unauthorised debit order
I missed my instalment on the 25th October, i called king price and was yesterday 29 October and was informed that the debit will go off on the 10th November and i agreed. Now you debited my account today on 30th and because i did not have enough funds the bank charged me R146 unpaid fee. i did not make an arrangement for this. Please refund my R146.
