Unauthorised debit order
My partner had a policy with them for vehicle and household insurance. She bought a new vehicle and ask for a quote but it was too high. She then got a quote somewhere else and accepted that quote. She cancelled the King Price insurance, but they still debited for the old policy and the quote, even though it was never accepted. Totally unacceptable! !!!
