Unauthorised Credit Inquiry

Already a Client of King Price Insurance they then call me as a curtesy call. after the curtesy call i get a notification from ITC that there was a credit check done on my name?. no where was i informed that there will be an ITC check and no where did i agree there will be one. I am already a client. the inquiry done has impacted my credit score. When i called to complain with Dyante he then wanted to do the same thing. Really unprofessional and totally against the POPPI Act, Credit checks without permission of the client
