Unacceptable service nobody to talk to!
<p>My premium was raised and my account was debited without me being informed of such. I have repeatedly tried to contact a sales agent and every time they say they will look into the matter and get back to me no-one ever does. It has been over 2 weeks of me running after them.. This is unacceptable service!! </p>
Although we never really enjoy hearing that our clients have been frustrated or disappointed by us, we do appreciate you bringing situations like this to our attention, so that we can immediately improve the service we provide.
