Unacceptable Service and Endless Delays

My experience with King Price Insurance has been extremely disappointing. As a loyal customer who has never missed a payment, I expected far better service when I filed a vehicle claim over two weeks ago. Instead, I’ve encountered nothing but delays, excuses, and contradictory information, with no resolution in sight.

My car is currently undrivable and was towed, leaving me stranded without transportation. I work in an industrial area with no access to public transport, so this is severely impacting my daily life and my ability to get to work. Despite the urgency of my situation, King Price has shown no urgency in resolving the issue.

For the majority of these two weeks, I was told that the delay was due to their inability to reach the third party involved. Frustrated with the lack of progress, I contacted the third party myself, and he answered immediately, revealing that King Price had never attempted to call him. Now, they are saying they can't reach the towing company, but when I called them myself, they answered on the first try. This is especially frustrating since King Price was the one who arranged the towing in the first place.

What’s worse, every time I call King Price, I get a different answer. One day, they tell me two things need to be validated; the next day, it’s suddenly four things. Every representative gives me conflicting information, and it feels like they are going around in circles without giving me any real, useful feedback. I’ve called multiple times, and each conversation leaves me more confused than the last, with no resolution to my claim.

The lack of communication, consistency, and accountability from King Price is shocking. I am now stuck without my vehicle, and no one seems to be taking my situation seriously. For an insurance company that I’ve trusted and, this is completely unacceptable.

As it is right now I would not recommend King Price to anyone looking for reliable and professional service. If you value efficiency and clear communication, I suggest looking elsewhere for your insurance needs.
