Unacceptable service

<p> Hi I'm William I work as a rep for Adt. I'm on the road all day. I had an accident on the 25/11/2016. This company has messed me around the whole time I have been waiting to get my car sorted. It took them 2 and a half weeks to authorise a claim. And their approved panel beaters said my car would be ready on the 23/12/2016. Now they say only 2 weeks into January will the car be ready. Can you imagine firstly not being able to see your family Christmas time due to not having a vehicle. Then loss of 2 incomes due to the service you get from a company I've been paying for 4 years without fail to get this pathetic answer from management. Sorry we can't help you you only paid for 30 days car rental. When it's these professionals that have customer service at heart. </p>
