Unacceptable incompetence from King Price Insurance
I requested cancellation of my car insurance for a vehicle that has not been in my possession since 12 December 2025, yet the policy remains active.
Instead of cancelling the policy, King Price Insurance has subjected me to delays, excuses, and endless internal “follow-ups”.
This is a basic administrative process, yet it has been mishandled from start to finish. The lack of urgency, accountability, and respect for customers is unacceptable. This experience has severely damaged my confidence in King Price Insurance.
