Unacceptable behavior

So a few minutes ago i got a call from one of king prices sales agents by the name of Renique. when I answered I told her that if Friday and I'm very busy. I even said " I don't have Lis" . I though at the very least she would understand. However I then got another call and when i answer the agent would hang up. this happened multiple time and i feel like this is very unprofessional behavior from a Company like King price. Your agents need to be training to be professional and not act like children.
