Unacceptable!!!!!
<p>Wow! Just realized that paying 'less' every month on car insurance is a load of nonsense!! Last month I paid R738 on car insurance.... and yes for the last couple of months the payment has decreased by more or less R2 - R4 a month, but now all of a sudden the premium that went off my account is R799, R61 more than last month. I've been claim free for more than 5 years and haven't received any notification from King Price as to why the premium have suddenly increased, I find this totally unacceptable!!!</p>
Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement annual policy re rates to keep up the rising costs or parts and repairs... Which even we can't ignore!
These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month. We are really sad that you have decided to cancel your cover due to your annual increase and hope you will one day consider us again.
