Unacceptable

I have been with King Price Insurance since February 2018, and I am utterly disappointed with the service I have been receiving from them. Initially I had taken out warranty cover which was supposed to cover my Rims and Tires and as well as scratch and dent and a warranty for my Engine, gearbox, and other. I was advised that my vehicle will be covered for overheating but when my vehicle overheated and I pulled off to prevent my vehicle from being damaged further, my vehicle was then towed to a service provider, and I was then informed they will only cover my water pump and not anything else at a limited amount which I had to fork out the balance for. Further to that I submitted a claim for my rims and tires last year (2020) till date (15-06-2021) I have no response regarding what’s actually going on with my claim, every time I call their offices, I am told that the people in charge is either in meetings or on another call. I was also told by a consult that she/ he and Kim who is a apparently the Director of the claims department ( also note I was **** to numerous times regarding speaking to a Manager but is it just another consultant) that they had not spoken to the service provider regarding my claim yet I had confirmed that a telephonic call was made to the service provider, since then I have spoken to numerous people and have not received any joy as my claim is still pending. I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with King Price Insurance Service. I have previously had a claim for my gearbox which resulted in the same situation, seems like King Price is only good to get clients on board and not continue with good service thereafter. Also note that if this matter is not resolved within the next 7 (seven) working days I will institute legal action against the company known as King Price Insurance, as the way you attend to your clients during a claim process is not according the Service Level Agreement.
