Unable to log onto the King Price Insurance App

I am unable to log onto the King Price Insurance App, so as to send in the requested monthly car mileage and photos. I had a great response from Delarno Osman, so very helpful, thank you very much. Your service is 5-star, the app however is not. He assures me their IT department will sort out the problem soon.
