Two Weeks to Return My Phone with Mismatched Colours

I claimed for a cracked screen on a Samsung Note 10, excess R300. The claim was approved, but after a few days, I was told the vibration unit was broken and needed to be replaced for an extra R1,100. I refused because it was working when I sent it in. 10 days without my phone before the assessor told me they would not be able to fix it with the right colour tray. It then took a full two weeks before I got my phone back and it has a black LCD tray and a silver back now and the vibration unit still works.
