Two weeks and no feedback from anyone?

I have tried to change my insurance policy for almost 2 weeks now. I submitted my telephone number a few times via their website so that they will call me back, not a peep. I then mailed the direct email, also no peep. This was last week. Then phoned today and spoke to Russel, he was polite and said he will get someone to contact me which was confusing because I thought he was that person but he gave me a number if something went wrong (his contact number). I will probably give him a call tomorrow because I have not heard anything from anyone. I am not going to pay another month of premiums (that I want to cancel) due to KP not getting back to me???<br> <br> Please can I just change something, quite simple?
