Twice the punishment!!!

I had a road rage incident in June where a lady scratched my car bonnet with a key. Sadly this matter is still not resolved through the legal channels. I have immediately reported this to the police and informed King Price. I have not claimed through KP as I was hoping the legal side would be resolved by now. Based on my legal advice they suggested I rather fix my car through my insurance and KP can assist claiming back the cost. This way I dont have to wait years for this matter to be resolved in court and my car wont get further damaged with the rain that can cause rust. Now after 5 calls, 2 emails, endless empty promises I still dont have any feedback. I have always been a brand ambassador but now that I truly need them to assist it is the worst service ever. Very disappointing after being a loyal customer for YEARS
